Responsible Gambling Policy

Our Commitment to Player Well-being
Our primary objective is to provide a secure and fair gaming platform for entertainment purposes. We recognize that for a small portion of players, gambling can cease to be enjoyable and may lead to negative consequences. We are dedicated to a policy of proactive social responsibility and are committed to ensuring our players have the necessary information and tools to manage their gaming habits effectively.
This commitment involves preventing underage access, providing tools for self-regulation, and offering guidance to external professional support networks. We believe that a well-informed player is better equipped to make responsible decisions, ensuring their experience remains positive and within their personal limits.
Identifying Potential Gambling Risks
Self-awareness is a critical component of responsible gambling. It is important for players to periodically reflect on their habits and ensure they are maintaining a healthy balance. If you are concerned about your gambling or the gambling of someone you know, consider the following questions honestly.
- Are you spending more money or time on gambling than you can comfortably afford?
- Do you find yourself chasing losses in an attempt to win back money?
- Have you ever borrowed money or sold personal items to fund your gambling?
- Has gambling started to negatively affect your work, studies, or personal relationships?
- Do you gamble as a way to escape from stress, anxiety, or other problems?
- Have you ever lied to family or friends to hide the extent of your gambling activities?
- Do you feel restless, irritable, or anxious when you are not able to gamble?
- Have you tried to reduce or stop your gambling in the past but were unable to do so?
- Do you often think about gambling when you are engaged in other activities?
Answering “yes” to several of these questions may indicate a developing problem and suggest that you should take steps to manage your activities or seek professional advice.
Proactive Player Protection Tools
To empower you to gamble responsibly, we provide a comprehensive suite of account tools that allow you to set your own limits. These features are designed to help you manage your time and money effectively. You can access and configure these limits at any time within your player account profile.
Any request to decrease a limit will be applied to your account immediately. To ensure responsible decision-making, a request to increase or remove a limit will only take effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period and an email confirmation. This prevents impulsive changes to your established controls.
Financial Limits
These tools are designed to help you manage your budget and control the amount of money you spend on our platform. Setting financial limits is a proactive step toward ensuring your gambling remains within affordable levels.
- Deposit Limit: This feature allows you to cap the total amount of money you can deposit into your account over a specific period. You can set limits on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis to align with your personal budget.
- Loss Limit: This function lets you restrict your potential net losses from your deposits over a day, a week, or a month. This limit is calculated based on your initial deposit, not on winnings. For instance, if you deposit $50 and set a $10 loss limit, you can play until your balance is $40. Any winnings accrued from the initial deposit are not factored into this calculation until a new deposit is made.
- Wager Limit: This tool enables you to control the total amount of money you can wager during a set period. Once you reach your specified wager limit for the day, week, or month, you will be unable to place any further bets until the period resets.
Time Management Limits
Managing the amount of time you spend gambling is just as important as managing your finances. These tools help you maintain a healthy balance between our platform and your daily life.
- Session Limit: This feature allows you to set a maximum duration for each of your gaming sessions, measured in minutes. If you reach the time limit you have set, you will be automatically logged out of your account, ending your session.
- Cooling-Off Period: If you feel you need a short break from gambling, you can activate a cooling-off period for a set duration, such as 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During this time, you will not be able to make any deposits, and you will be excluded from all promotional offers. You will, however, be able to withdraw any remaining funds from your balance. Your account will be automatically reactivated once the period expires.
Self-Exclusion Options
For players who feel they need a longer or more permanent break from gambling, we offer a self-exclusion option. This is a more formal commitment to stop gambling and should be considered carefully if you believe your habits are becoming problematic.
When you activate a self-exclusion, your player account will be immediately disabled, and you will be blocked from making deposits and playing games for the duration of the selected period. You will also be removed from all marketing and promotional mailing lists. If you have a remaining balance, you will need to contact our support team at [email protected] to arrange for a manual withdrawal, which will be processed according to our standard procedures and limits. Please note that the verification procedure may still apply.
You can set a self-exclusion for a definite period (e.G., 6 months, 1 year) or indefinitely. Once this period expires, your account will not be automatically reopened. You must contact our support team to request the reactivation of your account, which will be subject to a review.
Protection of Minors
We enforce a strict policy that prohibits individuals under the age of 18 from registering and playing on our platform. We utilize all reasonable methods to verify the age of our players during the registration and verification processes. If we discover that a minor has registered an account, it will be closed immediately, and any deposited funds will be handled in accordance with our legal obligations.
We strongly encourage parents and guardians to take an active role in preventing underage access to online gambling sites. We recommend the use of filtering software to block access to such websites on family computers.
Seeking External Support and Resources
If you are concerned about your gambling habits, professional and confidential help is available. There are numerous independent organizations dedicated to providing support and guidance to individuals affected by problem gambling. We strongly recommend contacting one of these organizations for a confidential discussion with a trained counsellor.
- Responsible Gambling Council (RGC): A leading Canadian organization dedicated to problem gambling prevention. They offer information, resources, and programs to help individuals and communities address gambling-related issues.
- ConnexOntario: Provides a free and confidential helpline for people experiencing problems with gambling, alcohol, drugs, or mental health in Ontario. They offer support, information, and referrals to services across the province.
- Gamblers Anonymous: A fellowship of individuals who share their experience, strength, and hope to solve their common problem and help others recover from a gambling problem. They host meetings across Canada.
- Gambling Therapy: A global online support service offering advice and support in multiple languages for anyone affected by problem gambling.
